CLEANING

If your watch has a rotating bezel, it should be rotated during cleaning to get rid of dirt as well as salt residue. Battery service Quartz watches require a battery change every one to three years. During this service, the head and bracelet of your watch are cleaned thoroughly using ultrasonic treatment. After changing the battery, our watchmakers rigorously test the power consumption of the timepiece. If everything works as expected, the watch is assembled again, the water-resistance is tested and the watch is prepared to return to the owner’s wrist to fulfil its duty once more. If there are any issues with the electronics or the water-resistance, our customers will be contacted to discuss any further steps Partial revision Of course, timepieces are everyday objects and meant to be used. This means, that breakages can occur. Be it a scratched glass, a broken crown or a damaged strap. Our experienced and highly skilled watchmakers have an extensive stock of original parts for timepieces at their disposal and can repair the damaged part. The partial revision is carried out if the watch is otherwise in good condition.
